Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the high handed action and unlawful interference of the 3rd respondent/ Ulavapadu (Law and Order) Police Station, Prakasam District in his continuously harassing to secure the presence before him to the said PS, despite no crimes registered against the petitioner, with the aid and assistance 4th and 5th respondents unlawfully with view to settle the Civil dispute between seized up and covered by O.S.No.91 of 2021 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nellore, as well covered by an Agreement of sale.

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit basing on the complaint of respondent Nos.4 and 5, a crime has been registered against the petitioner vide Crime No.226 of 2021, for the offence punishable under section 120 B, 468, 471 IPC dated 15.11.2020 on the file of Ulavapadu Police Station, Prakasham District.
5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
