The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kuchai P.S. Case No.27 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.530 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Seraikella. On 27.09.2024, Khuchai police on the basis of confidential information raided a place at Bandi Kuchai and apprehended this petitioner along with co-accused persons. On search, live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody more than five months. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Seraikella, in connection with Kuchai P.S.
