This application has been filed to review the order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Writ A No. 8150 of 2022. Basically, learned counsel for the applicants wants this Court to review paragraphs 3 & 4 of the aforesaid order. Paragraphs 3 & 4 of the order dated 25.10.2024 are being quoted below; "3. Case was heard on 18.10.2024 and the Court has passed the following order:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that controversy is squarely covered by order of this Court dated 12.04.2016 passed in Writ -A No. 61107 of 2013 which has also been affirmed by Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.12.2017 passed in Special Appeal Defective No. 773 of 2016 as well as by Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated 01.05.2018 passed in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No (s). 11199 of 2018. Sri Vijay Lal, learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted a week's time to go through the judgements. List on 25.10.2024 at 2:00 p.m." 4. Today, Sri Vijay Lal, learned Standing Counsel fairly submitted that present controversy is squarely covered with the judgement referred in order dated 18.10.2024." Facts so mentioned in paragraphs 3 & 4 of the order dated 25.10.2024 are not disputed. The only ground taken in the review application is that applicants have filed review application before Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal (Defective) No. 773 of 2016 dated 21.12.2017. Upon review application, no interim protection has been granted. Therefore, this cannot be a ground review the order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Writ A No. 8150 of 2024.
