G R SUDHAKAR 4 RRR,J C.R.P.No.463 of 2025 The Court made the following Order: The petitioners herein, had filed O.S.No.147 of 2012 before the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Anakapalle, against the respondents herein, for declaration of title and possession over the suit schedule property and for consequential relief of permanent injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with their possession and enjoyment of their property. This suit came to be decreed, by a judgment, dated 15.12.2021. 2. Aggrieved by the said judgment, the respondents herein, had filed A.S.No.6 of 2022 before the learned X Additional District Judge, Anakapalle. The respondents had also filed I.A.No.109 of 2022, for stay of operation of the decree and the judgment, dated 15.12.2021, in O.S.No.147 of 2012. This application came to be allowed, by the Appellate Court, on 12.11.2024. 3. Aggrieved by the said Order of stay, the petitioners have approached this Court, by way of the present Civil Revision Petition. 4. Heard Sri Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G. R. Sudhakar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 5. Both sides have raised various contentions in support and in opposition of the Order of stay granted, on 12.11.2024. 6. This Court does not want to express an opinion on the relative merits of the rival submissions made by both sides in as much as the Appeal is of the year 2022, it would be appropriate to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition 5 RRR,J C.R.P.No.463 of 2025 with a direction to the Appellate Court to dispose of A.S.No.6 of 2022, at the earliest and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ R.
