Das, Adv. …for petitioner The Court:- As prayed for by the parties, in the order dated 10th September, 2025, some necessary corrections should be incorporated in the following manner which are as follows:- In the appearance portion of the Learned Advocates, the Spelling of the name of one of the Advocates for the petitioner should be “Mr. Munshi Ashiq Elahi” instead of “Mr. Munshi Ashik Elahi” and instead of the name being “Mr. S.Das”, it should be “Ms. S. Das”. In the whole Ordering portion, the spelling of the name “Nilay Chakraborty” should be corrected as “Nilay Chakrabarty” in every place where it is applicable. At page-1, in the 3rd paragraph, the date should be “27.04.2021” instead of “24.04.2021”. 2 Let the aforesaid insertion be incorporated in the order dated 10th September, 2025.
