JUDGMENT Petitioner has challenged the order dated 21.04.2025, passed by Chief Municipal Health Officer, Nagar Nigam, Dehradun, whereby contract for collection and transportation of solid waste within municipal limits of Dehradun was cancelled. 2. Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 5, based on written instructions dated 29.04.2025, received from the Competent Authority in the Nigam, submits that the Nagar Nigam will withdraw the termination order, 1 2025:UHC:3241-DB impugned by the petitioner in this writ petition, and the Nagar Nigam may be given liberty to pass fresh order, after giving notice to the petitioner, as per the terms of the contract. The written instructions received by Mr. Ashish Joshi, produced in Court, are taken on record. 3. The writ petition, is accordingly, disposed of in terms of the statement made by Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 5. 4.
