Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 17/03/2025 (Annexure no. 1) passed by learned Additional Commissioner, Meerut Region, Meerut (respondent no. 2) in Revision No. 444 of 2025 and the impugned order dated 5/2/2025 (Annexure No. 2) passed by Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Sardhana (respondent no. 3) in Case No. 8966 of 2024 (Nasir Ali Versus Tauseef) in the proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. An application for mutation filed by respondents was dismissed for want of prosecution on 02.02.2023 against which restoration application was filed on 21.03.2023 and the same was allowed against which the petitioners filed an appeal which was allowed and the matter was remanded. After, the remand, again restoration application was allowed and the revision against the order allowing the restoration application has also been dismissed. 4. In view of the above, I am of the view that no illegality has been committed by the courts below. 5. Writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly, dismissed.
