Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "To issue a direction to the Additional District Magistrate (Supply)/Rent Authority, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No. 4407 of 2024 (Smt. Suman Gupta vs. Mohd Kausar), Under Section 21(2) (m) of U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has filed Case No. 4407 of 2024 (Smt. Suman Gupta vs. Mohd Kausar), Under Section 21(2) (m) of U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as U.P. Act No.16 of 2021. He next submitted that Section 33(2) of U.P. Act No.16 of 2021 contemplates to decide the case within sixty days from the date of filing. He lastly submitted that as the case is pending since long, therefore, direction may be issued to trial Court to decide the aforesaid case at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with direction to the learned Additional District Magistrate (Supply)/Rent Authority, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No. 4407 of 2024 in accordance with law maximum within a period sixty days in light of Section 33(2) of U.P. Act No.16 of 2021 after providing opportunity of hearing to opposite party and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
