Heard, Mr. Anuroop Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Hariom Rai, Panel Lawyer for the respondent/State and perused the petitions. 2. The above petitions have been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.PC, 1973 for quashment of FIR dated 09.08.2021 Cr. No.405/2021; FIR dated 16.08.2021 Cr. No.373/2021; FIR dated 26.07.2021 Cr. 4 No.331/2021; FIR dated 10.07.2021 Cr.No.298/2021; FIR dated 03.07.2021 Cr. No.405/2021; FIR dated 14.07.2021 Cr. No.450/2021; FIR dated 07.08.2021 Cr. No.524/2021 & FIR dated 05.08.2021 Cr. No.520/2021, respectively registered against the petitioner before the concerned Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 380 & 457 of the IPC. 3. Mr. Anuroop Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no instruction in the present matters. 4. Learned State counsel contended that trial is in progress and the evidence of the prosecution witnesses is being recorded by the trial Court. 5. In view of above, it transpires that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matters. 6. Accordingly, the instant petitions are hereby dismissed on this ground alone. 7.
