Heard Sri Kata Sambasiva Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to make a fresh representation, as and when required, in light of the Judgment and Decree dated 05.11.2019 passed in O.S.No.104 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Penukonda. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would also submits that the petition may be disposed of by recording the said submission. 5 5. Considering the submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioners to approach the police as and when required, so long as the Judgment and Decree dated 05.11.2019 in O.S.No.104 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Penukonda, remains in force and in their favor. There shall be no order as to costs.
