Petitioner before this Court who was appointed as office peon is aggrieved for being taken the work of cook which according to petitioner is against the Government Order dated 17.12.1997 as well as the circular issued by Director General of Police (Human Rights), Uttar Pradesh dated 25.10.2012. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may be directed to approach the authority concerned in the matter who may look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. 4. In the given facts and circumstances this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move representation in this regard before the respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks from today and in the event any such representation is made the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the same in the light of the Government order dated 17.12.1997 and the circular issued by Director General of Police (Human Rights), Uttar Pradesh dated 25.10.2012 within a further period of four weeks.
