JUSTICE RAVI V HOSMANI ORAL ORDER Writ Petition is filed for following reliefs : a) Issue a writ of Certiorari or any other writ, order or direction, quashing the Order dt.04.06.2024 in No.EXE/MDY/IML/145/2018-19 as per Annexure-R passed by the Respondent No.3 and consequently; b) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing the Respondent No. 3 to permit the Petitioner to apply for renewal of the License in Form CL-9 as per Annexure-S in No.ES2023070213 dt. 06.07.2023 and consequently renew the same for the Excise Year 2024-25. c) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction, directing the Respondent No. 7 to uninterruptedly supply the required Indian made Liquor to the Petitioner in the event of renewal of the License in Form CL-9 by the Respondent No. 3 as sought for by the Petitioner. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35079 WP No. 17621 of 2024 2. None appears for petitioner. 3. Heard learned A.G.A. for respondents no.1 to 4, Sri B.N.Shetty, learned counsel for respondents no.5 and 6 and Sri Madhu N. Rao, learned counsel for respondent no.7. 4. Learned counsel for respondents no.5 and 6 had on previous date submitted that petition had rendered infructuous due to non-renewal of Excise License since two years. 5. A Memo is filed to said effect today. 6. As directed on previous date, learned A.G.A. secured instructions and submits that license had not been renewed for the years 2024-25 and 2025-26. It is submitted that despite interim order dated 04.07.2024 in this Writ Petition, application for renewal was not filed by petitioner and there is no renewal of license. 7.
