THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCIALIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the Award dated 28.06.2018 in I.D.No.1/2015 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kolar vide Annexure -P. 2. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: 1. The petitioner – Corporation agreed to reinstate the Respondent – workman into service with continuity of service for the purpose of payment of terminal benefits without consequential 3 benefits without backwages from the date of dismissal till the date of reinstatement as per the interim order. Further, as a measure of punishment of one annual increment with cumulative effect be withheld. 2. The Respondent is not entitled for any difference of wages from the date of reinstatement as per the interim order, till the date of settlement. 3. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Award dated 28.06.2018 in I.D.No.1/2015 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kolar vide Annexure -P.
