ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an
order writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus under article 226 of the constitution of India declaring the inaction on the part of respondents 2 to 9 on the petitioners representation dated 03.09.2025, submitted for initiating proceedings under Section 126 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 against the 10th Respondent and his henchmen and bind over them to maintain peace and public tranquility without committing any wrongful acts, by creating nuisance at our residence apart from making false statements and baseless allegations through media demanding substantial amount part from threatening with dire consequences, and making all out attempts to damage the image, reputation and dignity of petitioner and his family members, at Dandangi R & R colony, Chinnaramanaiahpeta Post, of Devipatnam Mandal of Alluri Seeta Rama Raju District, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non-discharge of legal obligation conferred on respondents 2 to 9 under the provisions of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 9, particularly respondents 3 to 9 to initiate proceedings under Section 126 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 against 10th respondent and their henchmen and pass….”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that let there be a direction to the police to follow Section 126 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions, would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioner vide Crime No.45 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections. 420, 409, 406, 465, 466, 468, 471, 472, 474, 117, 119 read with 34, 109 and 116 IPC of Devipatnam Police Station.
