NIMMAGADDA REVATHI The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the illegal and unlawful actions of the respondents No.3 and 4 in interfering in civil matters pertains to the property covered under registered development agreement-cum-general power of attorney, dated 06.05.2018 got it executed in between the petitioner and respondents 6 to 8 along with one A.Malleswara Rao under which the respondents 3 and 4 calling tli.e petitioner repeatedly to the police station of respondents 3 and 4, threatening to register false cases against the petitioner to support the respondents 5 to 8 in illegal manner from the unlawful force of respondents 3 and 4 and threatening the petitioner with dire consequences, as bad, illegal, arbitrary, unlawful, without jurisdiction, discriminatory and violative of articles 14, 25, 26 and 300-A of Constitution of India.” 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
