This petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the order passed by learned VII-JMFC, Belagavi in C.C.No.1201/2018 filed by the respondent. The petitioner and respondent are the husband and wife. During the pendency of the present case, both petitioner and respondent have resolved their dispute by way of filing the divorce petition under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act in M.C.No.564/2024 and the same has been disposed of by an order dated 02.05.2025, wherein, respondent-Smt. Shweth V.Patil., at Para No.10 has undertaken to withdraw C.C.No.1201/2018, pending on the file of learned VII-JMFC, Belagavi and the present petition is arising out of C.C.No.1201/2018. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:7771 CRL.P No. 101381 of 2020 In view of the settlement arrived between the parties in M.C.No.564/2024, the petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement.
