Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State is present. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 18.07.2023, has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 426 of 2023 arising out of Chas P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 1137 of 2023 for the offence registered under Section 302/34 and 201/34 of the IPC and under Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I cum Special Judge, Bokaro. 3. The prayer for bail of this applicant was earlier rejected vide order dated 21.02.2024 in B.A. No. 9937 of 2023. 4. It has been informed by the learned A.P.P. that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. 5. Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail at this stage. 6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Rajesh Kumar, J.) A.Mohanty
