The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.684 of 2025 pending on the file of learned SDJM(S), Cuttack, arising out of Cuttack Mahila P.S. Case No.185 of 2024 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 294/323/34/494/498-A/506 of IPC read with Section 4 of D.P. Act. 3. During the course of submission learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that in the meanwhile the Investigating Agency has taken recourse to the provision contained under Section 35(3) of BNSS, as such, there is no apprehension of arrest. 4.
