Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since there are some typographical errors crept in this writ petition, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition. 2. Permission as sought for is accorded. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition. No costs.
