Heard Sri P.V.S.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions would submit that since the subject matter is civil in nature, they have not registered any crime against the respondent Nos.4 to 8. 4. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the police as and when required, according to the law. There shall be no order as to costs.
