Since common issues are involved in all these writ petitions, they were heard analogously and are being disposed of by this common order. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in all the writ petitions submit that by efflux of time, the prayers made in the petitions have become infructuous, inasmuch as the recruitment process initiated pursuant to advertisement/order dated 13.09.2021 for the post of Subedaar, Sub-Inspector Cadre, and Platoon Commander has already been concluded, and the final result has been declared by the respondent authorities in accordance with the relevant Rules of 2021. It is therefore 5 submitted that the petitioners do not wish to press these writ petitions any further. 4. Learned State counsel, on due instructions, concurs with the aforesaid submission and submits that in view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives for adjudication in the present batch of writ petitions. 5. In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of both sides and taking note of the fact that the cause of action no longer survives, all these writ petitions stand dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
