By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no.2/District Panchayatraj Officer, District Chandauli to provide the petitoiner salary of 6 months (August and September-2016 and April-2017, May-2017, June-2017 and August-2018), Area of April-2012 to October-2016, area of Medical leave from 01.03.2019 to 12.03.2019 Rs.10,000/- as well as increment of payment from February 2011 to December-2019 and other dues." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 08.04.2025. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 08.04.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
