This Court, vide order dated 29.07.2024 passed in MCRC No. 4598 of 2024, while rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Suraj Pandey had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Bilaspur District- Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 06.10.2025 has requested for grant of two months additional time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from the perusal of the PUD that the Presiding OfÏcer was deputed for duty at the High Court on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee Function, and thereafter, the Dussehra vacation commenced, due to which the case could not be disposed of within the stipulated time. Furthermore, the prosecution has requested additional time to secure the presence of the remaining witnesses, which has necessitated the present request for extension of time for two months. Therefore, it is most respectfully prayed before this Court that a further period of two months may kindly be granted for the proper disposal of the case. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
