The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 expedite the proceeding of case under section 34, 38 of L.A.R. Act and mutate the names of the petitioners over the land 1756 Acre situated at Village Falaida Khadar Tahsil Jevar District Gautam Budh Nagar within specific period as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, so that justice may be done." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid case is pending since 15.04.2025. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. This petition has been filed for expediting the proceedings which has been filed on 15.04.2025 and not even one month has expired after filing the proceedings and the petitioners want to get the same expedited. 5.
