Heard Sri Polisetti Radha Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station without there being any registration of the crime. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that a crime has registered against the petitioner in crime No.239 of 2019, for the offence punishable under Section 341, 447, 506 IPC on the file of Penugonda Police Station and after completion of the investigation charge-sheet was also filed before the learned II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tanuku and the same was numbered as C.C.No.433 of 2020. 4 5. Recording the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
