This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue Writ, direction or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declare the action of 3rd respondent calling the petitioner to their police station for settlement of matrimonial dispute in between petitioner and 5tn respondent herein

inpsite of compromise award arrived before lok adalath in PLC.No.13/2019, dated. 25.05.2019 to get consent divorce before the Hon'ble Court in CiviA.No.165/2008 as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded, colorable exercise of their powers and violative of Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere in the settled matrimonial disputes in between the petitioner and 5th respondent.”
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
