On the 20.08.2025, when no one appears on behalf of the appellant, the fixed date SPC was issued to the appellant as well as Respondent No. 3. The service report of the SPC is received by this Court with respect to the appellant as well as Respondent No. 3 and it is reported that the appellant Moti Ram S/o Jadu Mahara has died on 26.12.2018 and the Respondent No. 3 Bali Ram Baghel S/o Tula Ram has also died on 12.08.2021. The sole appellant has died on 26.12.2018 and no application has been filed by his legal representatives to continue the present appeal. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant would also submit that he is having no instruction from any of his legal representative. In view of the above also in view of the fact that the sole appellant Moti Ram has been died on 26.12.2018 and no application has been filed for substitution of his legal representatives, the present appeal is abated.
