The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47718 WP No. 13213 of 2024 (a) Issue Writ of Mandamus directing the consider respondents to representation of the the petitioner dtd.10.11.2021, vide ANNEXURE-F and consequently to grant all the benefits as prayed therein; and (b) Pass such any other order/s, relief/s, as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the above case, in the interest of justice and equity. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 10.11.2021 at Annexure-F for grant of financial assistance on account of communication dated 19.06.2021 issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Social Welfare Department, has not been considered despite a long lapse of time. 5. Whenever, any representation is submitted to the official respondent, it is required for the same to be considered and necessary orders to be passed either accepting or rejecting the request within a reasonable period of time. 6. Needless to say, if an order of rejection is passed, the same would have to be accompanied by reasons.
