It is pointed out that, on account of the same, there is water logging on the property of the petitioner. In such circumstances, highlighting his grievances, the petitioner submitted Ext.P2 complaint before the 2nd respondent. The limited prayer sought by the petitioner is to direct the 2nd respondent to take a decision on the same within a time frame. 3. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that the 2nd respondent shall take up Ext.P2 complaint and appropriate action shall be taken after hearing the petitioner, as well as the respondents 4 and 5. 2025:KER:26722 4 WP(C) NO. 12714 OF 2025 Necessary orders in this regard shall be passed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
