Mr. S.P. Lal, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client seeks admission to homeopathy college, selection for which was conducted on UP AYUSH UG-2024, session 2024-25. On query he submits, petitioner was wrongfully not called for counseling. 2. Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no.1 (Union of India), Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3, Mr. Hridaya Narayan Mishra, learned advocate for respondent no.4 and Mr. Gireesh Chandra Tiwari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel for State functionaries. 3. Mr. Ansari submits, admission for session 2024-25 got over long ago. Admission at this stage is not possible. So much so, for following session 2025-26, admission process on selection test has already been conducted. He disputes submission that petitioner was wrongfully omitted from counseling.
