He also submits that the petitioner has sent a representation (Annexure P-5) in this regard on 09.04.2025 to respondent No.1 who may be directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously. He further submits that FIR No.0230 dated 17.04.2025 has also been registered against the private respondents (Annexure P-6). 2. Issue notice to respondents No.1 to 3 only at this stage. 3.
