Present revision petition has been filed inter alia challenging the order dated 21.02.2017 whereby the trial Court had acquitted the respondent in FIR No.42 of dated 22.01.2010 registered under Sections 406, 498-A, 506, IPC, at Police Station Civil Lines, Gurugram and order dated 02.08.2018 whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the learned Court of Additional Sessions Judge and upheld the judgment of the learned trial Court. Thereafter the present revision petition was filed, which is pending since 2018. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has clearly submits that the parties have already taken divorce and have moved ahead in life. Learned Court below has dealt with each and every aspect of the matter and since the petitioner has failed to prove the allegations levelled, the learned Court below have rightly acquitted the respondents. 5. In view of the above, finding no merits in the present revision petition, the same is hereby dismissed. 6.
