Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 3. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80170 of 2024 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 4. It is submitted that due to some problem the required money of Rs.40,000/- was not arranged on time and now he is ready to make the payment as indicated in order dated Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58644 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 22.04.2025. In such view of the matter, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Madhaurah P.S. Case No. 988 of 2020. 5.
