Tripathy, AGA CORAM: JUSTICE BIRAJA PRASANNA SATAPATHY Order No.01 ORDER 22.09.2025 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode. 2. Heard learned counsel for appearing for the Parties. 3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:- “It is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit the Writ Application, Issue notice, rule NISI in the nature of Writ of mandamus or any other Writ/Writs as deem fit and proper, calling upon the Opp. Parties to direct the Opp. Party No.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-5series, and release the promotional benefits for the post of Ex-Sr. Clerk (Retd) into the post of Head Clerk to the petitioner within a stipulated period; And may further be pleased to pass such other/further writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders as deem fit and proper in fact and circumstances of the case for the interest of justice and equity; And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray.” 4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-5 and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
