JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR MOHAPATRA ORDER 26.09.2025 Order No. 01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Contemnors. 3. Alleging violation of this Court’s order dated 08.03.2022 Page 2 of 3. passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5900 of 2022, the Petitioner has approached this Court by fling the present contempt application. 4. It is stated by learned counsel for the Petitioner that order dated 08.03.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge Bench has been confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No.79 of 2023 vide order dated 15.11.2023. He further contended that although the State-Opposite Parties preferred an SLP before the Hon’ble Supreme Court by filing SLP (C) No.27519 of 2024, however, the same has been dismissed vide order dated 24.07.2025. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that the order passed by this Court has already attained finality. However, the said order has not been implemented. 5. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the Contemnor, this Court deems it proper to provide another opportunity to the Contemnors as a last chance and the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party- Contemnors to comply with the direction of this Court dated 08.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5900 of 2022, if the same has attained finality in the meantime, within a period of four weeks from the date of service of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, provided the operation of order has not been stayed by higher forum and file compliance report before the Registry of this Court within one week thereafter. It is made clear that in the event the order of the Court is not given effect to within the time stipulated hereinabove, it will be construed to be wilful and deliberate violation of this Court’s order which has attained Page 3 of 3. finality in the meantime by dismissal of the SLP preferred by the State-Opposite Parties. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the contempt petition stands disposed of. 7. A free copy of this order be handed over to the learned counsel for the Contemnors for communication. ( A.K.
