Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the case of petitioner for grant of all installments from the date of submission of application dated 25.08.2020 under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme in favor of the petitioner with interest. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents authority to grant the benefit under the scheme of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) of remaining installments 1st to 21th to the petitioner which is not paid, whereas he is a eligible beneficiary, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favor of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is entitled for monetary benefit under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM- KISAN) scheme floated by department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, however, petitioner was not getting benefit of the same. Petitioner has submitted an application/representation before respondent No.3 raising his grievances, however, till date no decision has been taken on his application/representation nor benefit of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme has been given by depositing the amount in his bank account, therefore, a direction be issued to take decision on 3 the pending application/representation and to extend the benefit of the said scheme. 3. Learned counsel for respective respondents submit that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to take decision on the pending representation, they are having no objection. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of order. 5.
