By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent’ authority to release the dues in respect of supply done by the petitioner in pursuance to the supply order RAHUL JHA Digitally signed by RAHUL JHA Date: 2025.02.07 10:24:03 +0530 2 dated 31/03/2022 which was issued by the District Education Officer. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had supplied the tables and chairs as per the supply order dated 31/03/2022 (Annexure-P/1) and Authorized Inspection Authority SGS Pvt. Ltd has submitted a clearance report certifying that the petitioner had supplied the tables and chairs as per as per the supply order dated 31/03/2022 (Annexure-P/1), however, inspite of the clearance certificate, the payment of Rs. 5,92,939/- is still pending till date and the same is not being released by the respondent’ authority. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the claim raised by the petitioner will be verified and examined by respondent No.4 and if the said claim of the petitioner is not in dispute and the petitioner has already supplied the tables and chairs in accordance with the supply order dated 31/03/2022 (Annexure- P/1), the amount as claimed by the petitioner, shall be released within the stipulated period. 4. I have heard counsel for the parties and perused the supply order and clearance report. 5. On perusal, it appears that the petitioner has already supplied the tables and chairs as per supply order dated 31/03/2022 (Annexure-P/1). Hence, the Respondent No.4 is directed to verify and examine the claim raised by the petitioner and in case it is found that the petitioner has supplied the tables and chair as per 3 supply order dated 31/03/2022 (Annexure-P/1), the amount of dues be released in favour of the petitonier within a period of 50 days from today. 6.
