Order No.
ORDER
20.09.2025
01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to make a fresh representation before O.P. No.1 to get the benefit as due to the deceased employee.
4. With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands
disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly contended that they will not make the representation taking advantages of the order passed in W.P.(C) No.22508 of 2010, disposed of on 28.06.2022 as the said order was passed against a dead person. (Biraja Prasanna Satapathy)
