Heard Sri J.V.Phaniduth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that basing on the complaint of one Gogasani Sanjeev, dated 21.10.2025, the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry and no crime was registered against the petitioner. 4 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law, in case any crime is registered. The police are further directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
