WP(C) NO. 12681 OF 2025 : 2 : 2025:KER:26291 JUDGMENT The petitioners are the legal heirs of late Chandran K.V., who had availed a loan from the Angamaly Service Co-operative Bank. Since there was default in repayment of the loan amount, recovery steps were initiated vide Ext.P1. The first petitioner has filed Ext.P2 representation seeking installment facility. The limited prayer of the petitioners is for a direction to the respondent to consider Ext.P2 in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. In the nature of the order I propose to pass in this writ petition, notice to the respondent
WP(C) NO. 12681 OF 2025 : 3 : 2025:KER:26291 is dispensed with.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till such time orders are passed on Ext.P2, there shall not be any coercive proceedings against the petitioners. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
