G RAMA GOPAL The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 26808 OF 2021 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents 3 and 4 in not registering a crime or conducting any investigation against the Respondent No.5 pursuant to the complaint of the Petitioner dated 22.09.2021 to the Respondent No.4 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Mr. Ashok Ram, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Official Respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Respondent/ Police did not choose to register the Crime basing on a complaint made by the Petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Respondent/ Police not registered the crime, as the subject matter is purely civil in-nature. 5. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate Fora in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
