Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed by this Court while granting regular bail in CrI.P.No.10557 of 2025 vide Order dated 23.10.2025. Learn^ Assistant Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the petition. As can be seen from the record, the bail was granted on 23.10.2025. Considering the submissions, this Court does not find any merit or reasons warranting to relax the conditions imposed by this Court while releasing the petitioner on regular bail at this stage.
