THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 22028 OF 2021 ORDER:-
The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents No.1 to 3 in interfering with the civil disputes and threatening to settle the suit pending between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.4 and others in O.S.No.9 of 2021 on the file of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sattenapalli, Guntur District as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard Mr. S. Syam Suder Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Respondents 1 to 3.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Respondent/ Police never interfered with the civil disputes pending between the Petitioner and Respondent No.4 and others at any point of time.
4. Recording the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
