(ORAL) Involving similar controversy, all these writ petitions are being disposed of by a common order. A brief reference to the prayer is, however, being made from CWP-22394-2011. Prayer in the said writ petition is for granting the pay scale of Rs.1200-2040/- w.e.f. 01.05.1990 revised from time to time to the petitioner as granted to the similarly situated T-mates to remove the anomaly and discrimination within the category of T-mates of the Department of Irrigation with all consequential benefits. With the consent of counsel for the parties, all these matters are disposed of with a direction to the respondent(s) to consider the claim of the petitioners in terms of the judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in a bunch of writ petitions including CWP No.11710-2014 titled as ‘Sarbans Singh and Others Versus State of Haryana and Others’ and to pass a reasoned and speaking order qua the claim of the petitioners within a period of three months of the receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to mention that in the event the petitioners are found eligible for the benefits as claimed in light of the judgment passed by the Division Bench (supra), the necessary benefits shall be released to them within a further period of two months.
