This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement. 2. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the order dated 19.08.2022 passed by the Sub-Collector, Nilagiri/Opposite Party No.2 wherein, he refused to interfere in the order dated 08.10.2021 passed by the Tahasildar, Nilagiri/Opposite Party No.3. 3. Heard learned counsels for the Parties. 4. The grievance of the Petitioner is that he was not given sufficient opportunity before the closure of the Granulator/Crusher Unit namely M/s. APACE Construction Pvt. Ltd. 5. Further, the State Pollution Control Board has also revoked the consent to operate-cum-direction of closure under Section 31A of AIR (P&CP) Act, 1981 and amendment made thereunder. 6. Since the order dated 22.09.2022 passed by the Regional Officer, State Pollution Control Board is an appealable order, the Petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 7.
