Both Mr. Palit, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner in I.A. No.2864 of 2025 and Mr. Panda, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in I.A. No.2920 of 2025 made an allegation that order dated 20.09.2025 has been passed at the instance of the Petitioner in the said application by suppressing material information with regard to the fate of the previous application preferred by the very same petitioner. 5. Copies of the I.A. be served on Ms. Mahapatra, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in CRLMC No.3811 of 2025. 6. As prayed for by Ms. Mahapatra, learned counsel, two weeks’ time allowed to file her reply affidavit, after serving a copies thereof on learned counsels appearing for the I.A.- Petitioners. 7.
