GP FOR REVENUE THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 28062 OF 2025 ORDER:- The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not registering the crime pursuant to the complaint of the Petitioner dated 29.05.2025 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard Mr. M.S.Bhanu Prasad Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader, Home for the Respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the Petitioner was bound over under Section 126 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in M.C.No.15 of 2025, dated 25.03.2025 and the S.H.I of Kanipakam Police Station has submitted a report to the Respondent No.5 that the Petitioner was involved in Crime No.28 of 2025 along with one S. Sathish or the offences punishable under Section 132, 351(2) read with 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. On receipt of the same, the Respondent No.5 issued summons to the Petitioner vide M.C.No.15 of 2025, dated 25.08.2025 directing him to attend before the Respondent No.5. On receipt of the same, the Petitioner had submitted his explanation dated 17.09.2025. Therefore, action has been initiated and this Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Respondent/ Police are directed to follow the due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
