This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report dated 25.4.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No. 0085 of 2025, under Sections 308(5), 108, 351(3), 61(2)(a) of B.N.S., Police Station - Kydganj, District - Prayagraj. 4. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the entire perusal of the first information report does not disclose any ingredients which would constitute an offence under Section 108 of B.N.S. Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 9724 of 2024 (Gyan Singh Alias Chandra Singh And 2 Others vs. State of U.P. And 2 Others) and in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 10172 of 2025 (Kapil Dev Singh vs. State of U.P. And 2 Others) the petitioners therein have been granted relief by the orders of this Court dated 21.5.2025. 5. Matter requires consideration. 6. Respondents No. 1 and 2 are represented by learned A.G.A. Issue notice to respondent no. 3.
