Heard Sri M.V.D.Ananda Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit basing on the complaint of Sri Chalapaka Ramana Murthy, Manager of AP Co-Operative Oilseeds Growers Federation Limited, a crime has been registered against the petitioner vide Crime No.264 of 2021, for the offence punishable under section 409, 420, 468, 471, 406, 409, 120-B, 201 r/w 34 IPC of Atkur Police Station, Vijayawada City. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
