Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the materials placed before this Court. 3. This is an application under Section 483 of the B.N.S.S. filed by the Petitioners for bail in connection with S.T Case No.40/2025 which arises out of Chandiposh P.S. Case No.17/2025, pending in the Court of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bonai for alleged commission of offence under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 140(1)(2)(3), 61(2) of B.N.S. 4. Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the Petitioners to move after examination of witnesses, namely, Sankar Munda and Tapan Kumar Mahato. ( A.K.
